Stampin Royalty Challenge #16

Hey fellow Stampin Friends! I found a new challenge (Stampin Royalty) that I thought I would try out. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Top Note Die, as you can see, the sketch uses this die and I am very pleased as to how it turned out. As you may have seen in my previous post...I am NEW to the card making thing, but I must say, I am soooooo loving it!!! I am still very behind on my scrapbook and I need to get to it, but I love making these cards. This card is for a very sweet friend of mine that I work with. She bought me two books and sent them to me this week. It was just so thoughtful of her to think about me and I wanted to send her a little something. I hope you like it!

PPA 26 Anything but a card and Megan's 13th Birthday

O.k. It looks like I am not wanting to do the card challenges, but I just haven't had a chance. I started this blog to post (at least) weekly....I am NOT doing a good job. Today starts a new week and I am going to do better! This item was a fun thing for me to do, Megan, my oldest turned 13!!! Yikes! I made two party favors for her party. The first thing I did was a little party bag with a Bath and Body works lotion. I used the Big Shot, the Big Shot top note, the medium cello bag, the scalloped punch, Baroque Motifs Stamp set and Regal Rose Ink pad. I love this, the girls did too. This is actually something that I am going to do for friends every once in a while. It's a neat little gift. The second thing that I made was a little candy bag. I used the Big Shot, the Big XL die Bag w/scallops, Scalloped punch, Regal Rose and Kiwi Kiss (last season In color) Ink Pad, Baroque Motifs and the Itty Bitty Buds stamp set. The Itty Bitty Buds was one of last years SAB sets that I earned free by purchasing $50.00....Love me a deal! I used it to make my own printed paper. I hope that you like it, I loved making them. Stayed tuned for my next post...
